This journal is divided into two parts.

The first part is designed to be your daily companion throughout your 28-day alcohol-free journey.

Loved it

I loved the journal. Info included at the beginning was great. The daily intentions, reflections, mood and challenging moments also a helpful inclusion. Enough room/ pages to write own thoughts on.

Would not change anything. Maybe a page at the front

..what will alcohol free life look like for you? I.e. similar to goals but more general...when somebody imagines what their life will be like/ look like etc. I actually wouldnt mind ordering another one at some stage... 🤣

Very useful

The journal was useful, especially early on. I did stop using it after 2 weeks but that’s more about me not being much of a journal guy.
I like how it got me thinking about my journey, as well as the long term goals. Daily affirmations were inspiring.

Great layout and structure

I am not a big journal writer, however I found it a good way to start by setting out my intentions and reasons for wanting to change my drinking habits.
It helped cement things in my mind about how my current behaviour was unhealthy and something that needed to change.
I really liked the layout and structure of it, I can't think of anything that I would change about it.
